Conducted analysis of four markets using primary data collected through mail, in-person, and online surveys and secondary, publicly available data from June 2012-October 2012. Created and managed distribution of survey instruments. Analyzed data from each market and aligned with start-up and operating cost data to assess potential for a café, store front, and/or commercial kitchen facility in Lincoln County, Nevada.

    • Interest in shopping at farmers markets and participating in CSA programs
